How do I start service?
To establish water service please verify that we are your water provider by contacting our office, 816-897-5581.
What if I need emergency service after normal operating hours?
If a customer has an emergency after hours, please call 816-506-1559.
When is my payment due?
Payments are due by the 16th and are subject to a 5% late fee after the 16th of the month.
If payment is not received, when will service be disconnected?
Past due payments not received by the first day of the month following the month in which the bill was due, will be subject to disconnection on the 3rd Wednesday of the delinquent month and a $25.00 reconnection charge will apply.
What is a primacy fee?
A primacy fee is a user fee, paid annually by the customers of Missouri's public water supply systems and set by state law.
Is a deposit required for new service?
Yes, $100.00 for owners of the service location or $150.00 for renters at the service location.
When should I receive my bill?
Bills are mailed approximately the last week of each month. Please contact our office
816-897-5581 if you do not see your bill by the 5th day of the month. Bills can also be viewed online.
Can I pay my bill in person?
Yes, our office is open Wednesdays,
9:00 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
